A tool to create Antigen Installers, by wrapping an Ant file that you supply 
with the Antibody library. 

Changes in this version include:

  Fixed bugs:

o A missing class in the antigen-generated installers was preventing 
  hyperlinks opening a browser. Thanks to Will Lovins for pointing this out. 
  Issue: 1220675. 
o Bottom banner is now centred, so it looks better when the window is 
  resized. Removed BuildLog text from build log window.
